Icd 10 A System Of Medical Classification Of Diseases

ICD-10 stands for International Classification of Diseases, Revision 10. ICD-10 is a revision of the ICD-9 system which physicians and other providers currently use to code all diagnoses, symptoms, and procedures recorded in hospitals and physician practices.
