In both healthy and dangerous ways you will begin to see a change in energy and decrease in weight. However, if you are not following a healthy diet and sufficient exercise program or work out, in the long run this will cause great damage to your organs and your body will begin to eat itself causing you to push your body harder with lack of energy. I am going to change my lifestyle around completely by eating healthy, exercising daily and taking vitamins.
